Welcome to Luna Path Counseling
My work is grounded in experience supporting individuals through periods of growth, change, and recovery, with a focus on building insight, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a middle school English teacher, an experience that sparked a lasting interest in supporting young people during pivotal stages of growth and change. I then spent five years as a secondary school counselor before transitioning into outpatient private practice. My work has included supporting survivors of interpersonal abuse and sexual assault, and my current practice centers on helping older children, adolescents, and young adults build insight, resilience, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and gardening. These grounding practices help me stay present, balanced, and recharged, both personally and professionally.
